Once we have identified a job opportunity that we believe is a “fit” for you, we begin our process with a telephone screen and ask you numerous questions that will provide us with insight far beyond that which appears on your resume.  That information is used to compose an overview that we forward along with your resume, once we receive your authorization to present it on your behalf to potential employers.

 

We are with you every step of the way … from this point forward.  We provide professional coaching and mentoring; we review your resume and make recommendations; we coordinate phone screens/interviews; we offer structure and salary negotiation; relocation assistance and consistent follow-up throughout the process.  We maintain contact with you after you have been in your new position for a short time to ensure that you feel as good as you did when you received your offer.  

 

We fully recognize and appreciate the fact that our clients and our candidates are equally important.  For, without one or the other, the equation cannot be balanced and the result cannot be a success!
